FINANCE/ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
ADI is seeking to hire a qualified Cambodian national for the position of Finance/Administration Officer in its Cambodian Representative Office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out book keeping and accounting functions and preparing related journals as required, Assist the preparation of yearly budget planning and monitor budget expenditure. Preparation of monthly financial statements and maintain financial databases and asset registers.
- Manage all banking matters and bank account operations, including petty cash and bank transfers. Prepare and carry out all payments due, monthly staff remuneration, tax and expenses claims, payroll entries, invoices, timesheets, etc.
- Support daily administrative activities under the guidance of the Office Manager.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Equivalent. Qualification or part-qualification in a recognized professional accreditation would be a distinct advantage.
- 3 years practical experience in administrative, accounting or finance work
- Advanced ability to use MYOB accounting package, intermediate ability in MS Office applications, and a willingness to learn additional software packages as required.
- Fluent in both Khmer and English language
- Intermediate ability in Translation and Interpretation of Khmer/English
- Ability and willingness to work in agricultural development in Cambodia
